Proposed Minimum Standards of Competence, Knowledge and Skills for Authorised Financial Advisers

The Code Committee would like to hear your view on its proposed minimum standards of competence, knowledge and skills required for authorised advisers. You can download a copy of this paper and further clarifications issued on 28 October from the Downloads section (bottom left). Please make your submissions by 5.00 pm, Friday 13 November 2009.

Individuals or organisations who wish to have more time in order to provide a useful submission may request an extension from 5.00pm Friday 13 November 2009 to 5.00pm 27 November 2009 by contacting the Code Committee at consultation@financialadvisercode.govt.nz.
