This website is maintained by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on behalf of the Code Committee for Financial Advisers. Like most websites, FMA collects statistical information about visits to help it improve its website. This site does not collect information that identifies individual users other than the names and sign in details of those who have signed up to comment. The Code Committee and FMA will not use your details for any other purpose than to e-mail you password reminders and to contact you only when necessary.
You can request access to personal information held about yourself by FMA and can request to have any information FMA holds be corrected.
